2020 delivered us tiny yields of really high-quality fruit.  As a result of the tiny crop, we decided to blend our Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Shiraz (45%) together to make this classic Australian blend.  The wine has blackcurrant, liquorice & spice flavours.  The palate is savoury and complex which is has enough structure to enable it to cellar well for at least 10 years. This high-quality wine may have some sediment, we recommend using a decanter.

This wine was made using grapes from our single site vineyard in San Remo.
