Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If you contact us after 30 days since your purchase, then we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If it is within the 30 days, please contact us on hello@silverwatersvineyard.com.au to discuss the options. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Orders under six bottles is a flat rate $15 in Victoria, $25 all other states.
